Danza Pass started on a festival floor, not in a boardroom. It exists because the tools organizers were stuck with took too much, did too little, and never understood what a social or a festival actually needs.

A note from the founder

I'm part of the dance scene, and I kept running into the same problems with existing ticketing tools — high percentage fees, clunky dashboards, and nothing built for how festivals and socials actually run.
So I built the thing I wished existed: a flat €1 per ticket instead of a percentage, a dashboard your whole team can use, and the small details that matter at 2 a.m. at a social — name changes, guest lists, a QR code that just works.
Danza Pass is still small, and I like it that way: when you write to support, you get me. If something is missing for your event, tell me — that's how most features got here.

Why we exist

Three problems we kept hitting — and what we built instead

Problem 1
High percentage fees
5–10% of every ticket, plus a fee per order, plus a monthly plan. The more you sell, the more you lose.
With Danza Pass
A flat €1 per ticket. Sell a €15 social or a €250 full pass — the fee is the same. No plan, no setup cost, nothing due before you sell.

Clunky dashboards
Spreadsheets on the side, exports to find out who paid, and a team that can't log in without sharing your password.

One dashboard for events, passes, team, promoters, reports and payouts — with an app so you can check sales from the dance floor.

Nothing built for how festivals & socials run
No multi-day passes, no name changes, no "I can't come anymore" flow, no guest list — so you end up handling it all over DMs.

No hidden costs. Ever.
The price you see on /organize is the price. No premium tier that unlocks the features you actually need, no surprise fee at payout time.
Your money is your money
Payouts go straight to your own bank account through Stripe Connect. We never hold your ticket revenue hostage.
Dancers come first
Passes in an app, not a PDF. Name changes when plans change. Reminders before the event, not spam after it.
Talk to a human
Every support message lands with someone who has organized, promoted and danced at these events. Feature ideas are welcome — most of ours came from organizers.
