3. User Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

This User Policy ("Policy") sets out rules and expectations for everyone who uses Danza Pass ("we", "us") and our website and services (the "Services"). It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms unless defined below.

1. Account types and responsibilities

Depending on your role (for example attendee, organizer, staff, or promoter), you may have access to different features. You must use only the account type and permissions assigned to you and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information when registering and update it when it changes. Impersonation, fake identities, or registering multiple accounts to evade restrictions is prohibited.

2. Acceptable conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others;
  • Post or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
  • Spam users, scrape data without permission, or overload our systems;
  • Circumvent security, fees, or access controls, or assist others in doing so;
  • Use the Services to distribute malware or conduct phishing;
  • Misrepresent events, tickets, or inventory, or manipulate reviews or rankings in bad faith.

3. Content you submit

You retain rights to content you upload (images, descriptions, etc.), but you grant us the license described in our Terms so we can operate the Services. You warrant that you have the rights to share that content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts where appropriate, or cooperate with law enforcement. We may take action even if a complaint is not filed, where we believe it is necessary to protect users or the integrity of the platform.

If you believe another user has violated this Policy, contact us via our Contact page with sufficient detail for us to assess the report.

5. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.
